School of Yalla is looking for a passionate and reliable Dialect Arabic Teacher to join our growing team! If you love teaching, enjoy working with international students, and are organized and tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview:

As a Dialect Arabic Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured, and culturally rich Arabic lessons online. You will work closely with the curriculum team and other instructors to provide a high-quality learning experience to students from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach spoken Arabic in a clear and engaging way using our curriculum and lesson plans.

  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different student levels and learning styles.

  • Deliver lessons via Zoom and manage virtual classrooms effectively.

  • Communicate professionally and promptly with students and the School of Yalla team.

  • Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in meetings or training sessions.

  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Age between 22 and 35 years old.

  • Background in languages, linguistics, education, or a related field is preferred.

  • Clear and fluent speaker of Levantine/Jordanian Arabic; knowledge of other dialects is a plus.

  • Strong grasp of Zoom and digital tools (e.g., Kahoot, Quizlet, etc..).

  • Punctual, dependable, and able to manage class time effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured lesson plans.

  • Able to work independently and within a collaborative team.

  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, especially online.

School of Yalla is looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-ready Social Media On-Camera Creator to join our team! If you love being in front of the camera, know how to create engaging content, and have a passion for growing communities online — we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

In this hybrid role, you will be both behind the scenes and on-camera. You'll film and edit short videos, speak directly to our audience, and help manage our social media presence. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in social media and a natural talent for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Speak confidently and naturally on camera in Arabic and/or English.

  • Interview people in public (e.g., street-style interviews or casual Q&As).

  • Develop creative content ideas and adapt them to trending formats.

  • Post regularly, manage engagement, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Collaborate with our team to plan, shoot, and publish social media content.

  • Stay up to date with platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing or creating content for social media platforms (personal or professional).

  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.

Position Overview:


As a Video Editor at School of Yalla, you will play a crucial role in the production of our educational video content. You’ll transform raw footage, voiceovers, and creative assets into engaging, polished final products that reflect our playful and high-quality brand style.

We’re especially interested in editors who are exploring AI-powered tools and character animation to enhance storytelling and production efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble video content to create compelling and clear educational materials.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and bring ideas to life.

  • Animate characters or visual elements for storytelling when needed, especially for lesson videos or explainer scenes.

  • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., for smart captioning, scene selection, voice syncing, and style transfer) to streamline and enhance post-production.

  • Utilize Frame.io for efficient feedback, version control, and team collaboration.

  • Incorporate feedback and make timely revisions to meet delivery deadlines.

  • Review final videos for quality, clarity, and accuracy (especially captions and animations).


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong and creative portfolio.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut).

  • Solid skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics or character animation.

  • Familiarity with character rigging or animation libraries is a strong plus.

  • Experience with Frame.io or similar video collaboration tools.

  • Comfortable using AI tools in post-production (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Sensei, Pictory, or similar).
